We agree next terms for all eligible sales* to the Webdo customers included into your affiliate program.

We will provide to you a percentage of sales amount as follows, below percentages and intervals relates to customers accounts* purchases:

• 75% of the sale for the first year ( calculated from the first purchase )
• 25% of the sale for the next 3 years

Ex: The date of the first purchase of one customer account will be counted as the beginning of the first year as a customer ( you will get 75% for all purchases made on that account in one year). This is because a new account may not be immediately a paying account, so it is a protection of provided terms.

Customer purchases may be subscriptions, one time services or any new type of product created by Webdo development  team* that we may sale into the future.

The amount is provided without taxes deduction.
The amount is provided for all eligible sales*.

If you act as a sales agent you will be able to give discounts to your customers, related information will be sent to you by email.

Company - you will use your business to invoice us for the amount to be transferred to you.

Freelancers - we will need an invoice from a freelancers organization ( freelancer.com, fiver, others alike ), we are working to create a better solution and will inform you when we have related news. Due the fact that is not in our intention nor our activity at this time to learn and know about taxation in all countries we can not provide at this moment a service for tax deduction at the source. Payments:

- there is a minimum amount to be invoiced at one time
- for first year after your affiliate program registration there will be a delay for the payments of 15 days, this delay comes from the fact that we offer a 15 days cashback to our customers.

* Customer accounts are Webdo platform user accounts.

* Eligible sales: sales of services or products that are 100% percent developed by the Webdo team or include only open source license for the third-party code source.

* Domain sales :
Domain name sale, for domain names we are resellers and there is no margin to offer there, price difference is few percents. We do not offer domains at the only one product to be sold to one customer, or a customer can not acquire a domain name from us without a web-hosting subscription.

* A product created by the Webdo development team, refers to a product that do not carry third-parties revenues from included technologies ( like licenses, join-venture development ). At this time next products are subject to this rule:
